The forum explored anti-fraud and digital governance strategies, strengthened cross-domain cooperation mechanisms, and enhanced Taiwan&#8217;s capacity for preventing technology-related crimes.<\/p>\n<p>The International Forum on AI Crime Prevention focused on the applications and challenges of artificial intelligence in crime prevention. Chang, Kuang-Ming, Director of  the Department of Criminal Justice at Ming Chuan University, pointed out that AI simultaneously drives crime and prevention; the key lies in whether defensive capabilities can outpace the speed of crime evolution.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Wang, Xiao-Ming of the University of Houston stated that AI has changed law enforcement models, shifting from traditional passive responses to proactive early warning, improving overall governance efficiency through spatial analysis, behavioral prediction, and digital forensics. The forum integrated perspectives from industry, government, and academia, focusing on issues such as fraud prevention, financial risk control, and technology governance.
