Tzu Chi Foundation held the “Sprout Scholarship” awards and recognition event on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at the Guandu Jing Si Hall to encourage outstanding students who grew up in disadvantaged families. Hu Peishan, a student from this department, won the Study Area Award in the college group.
