On November 24, 2023, Professor Lin Shaofan from our department attended the Civil Defense Work Forum organized by the Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica and delivered a speech titled “Talk about Taiwan’s Civil Defense from the Resilience of Community” and held discussions with experts and scholars.
