Premier Chen, Chien-Jen of the Executive Yuan received the National Representative of Good People and Good deeds for the year 112 on 12/13. He expressed gratitude to 34 award-winning representatives, including CHANG,YA-LING, an alumnus of the Department of Criminal Justice at Ming Chuan University, for their good deeds and righteous deeds in various fields of society, which have made people in difficult situations more courageous and proactive. They are not only the best example teachers for children, but also a model for all Chinese people to learn from.
Dean Chen, Chien-Jen pointed out that since the implementation of the Good People and Good deeds Movement, 3600 good people and good deeds representatives have been praised, and the 34 good people and good deeds selected in 2023 have spread to various corners of society, making Chinese people feel the positive force of society and willing to help and love each other, becoming an important driving force for Taiwan’s continuous progress.
CHANG,YA-LING, who was awarded the title of National Representative for Good People and Good deeds in 112, is an alumnus of the 109 level Master’s program in the Department of Criminal Justice at Ming Chuan University. CHANG,YA-LING is a kind and studious person who upholds the spirit of receiving help from society and gives back to society with her good deeds and public welfare. In addition to diligent work, I actively participate in volunteer services and continuously pursue further studies. Not only have I obtained a master’s degree, but I have also obtained professional certifications in baking and psychology. CHANG,YA-LING stated that many years ago, Brother Zhi was mistakenly chopped off and passed away by a delinquent youth. In addition to her grief, she vowed to devote herself wholeheartedly to public welfare, fulfill Brother Zhi’s last wish for good deeds, and hope to help students who have gone astray, correct their behavior, and start a new life.
Since 2007, CHANG,YA-LING has served as a part-time lecturer at National Air University, leading students to participate in various public welfare volunteer services, and her spirit of striving for goodness and striving forward without expecting anything in return has been recognized and praised by all sectors. This time, recommended by the Civil Service Administration of the Ministry of the Interior, he was honored as the National Representative of Good People and Good deeds, truly deserving of his reputation.
