3️⃣ If you’re already involved, seek legal help immediately to avoid dragging your property down with you

1️⃣ Asking you to sign a “confidentiality agreement” → Make sure to have it reviewed by a lawyer or land surveyor
2️⃣ Only accepting “cash withdrawals” → Legitimate organizations will keep transfer records
