In the second competition this year, a total of 43 proposals from high schools and colleges across the country went through the preliminary round, including student teams from five universities including Songshan Workers and Peasants, Ming Chuan University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taichung University of Science and Technology, and Jingyi University, entering the finals.
