A horrifying serial murder case occurred in Kaohsiung. After dismembering the third old woman, the suspect named Zhang threw the body parts into the Qianzhen Canal. He also walked to the bridge and watched the bodies being eaten by fish. His behavior was extremely cold-blooded.
