Hsinchu County Government Juvenile Guidance Committee Recruitment Announcement for Juvenile Guidance Supervisor
I. Recruiting Unit: Hsinchu County Government Juvenile Guidance Committee
II. Number of Positions: 1
III. Recruitment Position: Juvenile Guidance Supervisor.
IV. Salary: Monthly remuneration of NT$49,673 to NT$68,156, based on the actual qualifications of the hired personnel, at a rate of 7th grade, 2nd level (344 salary points) to 8th grade, 7th level (472 salary points). An additional risk allowance of NT$700 will be provided.
V. Qualification Requirements (Meeting any one of the following conditions is sufficient):
(I) At least 4 years of relevant experience in juvenile guidance work, and meeting any one of the following conditions:
1. Admission requirements as stipulated in Article 5 of the Higher Professional and Technical Personnel Examination Rules for Social Workers.
2. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of juvenile counseling recognized by the Ministry of Education (Psychology, Counseling and Consultation, Education and Family Education, Crime Prevention, etc.).
(II) At least two years of relevant experience in juvenile counseling work, and meeting any of the following conditions:
1. Meeting the examination requirements of Article 5 of the Regulations for the Examination of Social Workers for Professional and Higher Vocational Examinations, and possessing a master’s degree or above in a social work-related field.
2. Psychological professionals must meet the examination requirements of Article 7 of the Regulations for the Examination of Psychologists for Professional and Technical Personnel for Higher Vocational Examinations.
3. Holding a social worker or psychologist certificate.
VI. Job Scope:
(I) Supervising and reviewing the service effectiveness of juvenile counselors, accompanying juvenile counselors in handling services for high-risk juveniles and their families, and assisting in solving problems and difficulties.
(II) Relevant administrative tasks of the Association (comprehensive management and promotion of the Association’s counseling work and business, case acceptance and assignment, integration and coordination of relevant network resources, construction and utilization of the service network, data consolidation and response).
(III) Other ad-hoc tasks.
VII. Work Location: Police Station of this Prefecture or any police precinct within its jurisdiction.
VIII. Employment Period: From January 2nd, 2026 to December 31st, 2026.
IX. Application Method:

(II) Application Period: From November 28th to December 17th, 2015. Paper applications will be accepted based on the postmark date. Late applications will not be accepted.
(III) Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be notified by phone for an interview. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be notified separately, and submitted resumes will not be returned.
(IV) For each vacancy, a maximum of two candidates will be selected based on the selection results. The waiting period is valid for three months from the day following the confirmation of the selection results. However, if none of the applicants meet the selection criteria, the vacancy may be filled.
(V) Please submit photocopies of all application documents and related materials. Any falsification or misrepresentation after acceptance will result in disqualification from the selection process and admission. Applicants will be solely responsible for any criminal liability involved.
