Professor Huang, Fu-Yuan is a graduate of the Central Police University (CNU) and holds a Ph.D. of the College of Criminal Justice, Sam Houston State University, USA.
He previously served as the Head of Department of Crime Prevention and Corrections of the Central Police University, an Examination Committee member, and the Director-General of Personnel, Executive Yuan.
He is currently the Dean and Professor of the School of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education.
